Who We Are

Superior Asphalt, LC is a family-owned asphalt maintenance company. Rick Phelps founded the company and began its operations in 1987. He brought his brother, Brad Phelps, and his brother-in-law, Darrell Allen, on as partners in 1990. The three owners continue to own and operate the business today, and together they have over 100 years of combined experience in the asphalt industry.

In 2006, they built a new facility at 2040 S 7500 W in Magna, where they continue to operate the business today.
